If you want to book the room you must contact by email or WhatApp (see details in "Contact"), providing the reservation code for this room.

1. To carry out the reservation of this room, it is necessary to deliver the deposit (€ 350) by bank transfer (bank details are provided personally).

2. Once the transfer has been made, you must send a photo of your ID or Passport.

3. Once the transfer has been received, you'll receive a reservation receipt for this room specifying your personal data and the period for which you want to rent it.

 

The deposit is returned the same day that the tenant leaves the apartment, as long as everything is in the same conditions as on arrival (the keys will be delivered by the tenant at the same time).
